I see you! I hear you!

People tend to keep all their problems by themselves. They feel like when they share their thoughts and how they feel it will only disturb other people. That their thoughts and emotions are not valid. This fear haunts them for years and they do not know how to overcome it.I had this friend who has the trauma of sharing her thoughts with other people. You will see her as jolly as she ever can be, smiling and laughing as if she had no problems at all. But her eyes are telling otherwise.
Everyone knows that we all face different problems in life. Some can be overwhelming in a way that it affects our daily life activities. Let us always remember that every problem has a solution. There is someone out there that is waiting for us to share and would willingly listen. Some say that it is better to share your problems with strangers. They are less likely to judge you. But if you had a hard time sharing, there is another way for you to express what you feel and think; write it on your journal or a piece of paper. Writing is also an alternative way to share your problems if you do not trust people with it. Sharing our problems with others makes us feel relieved. It will ease the burden we are feeling. There are a lot of ways how to share and express our thoughts and feelings.p
